About this tool

A quick colour-correction page for photos that need to look a little better before they go out: lift the brightness, add contrast, warm or cool the colour, boost saturation or darken the corners. Seven presets give you a starting point in one click, and every slider still works on top of them. Processing happens on your own device, pixel by pixel.

How to use it

  1. 1Drop a photo.
  2. 2Pick a preset if you want a starting look, then fine-tune with the sliders.
  3. 3Download as JPEG, PNG or WebP.

Frequently asked questions

Do the presets lock the sliders?

No. A preset sets a starting combination of values and every slider continues to work on top of it, so you can take the vintage look and then pull the contrast back. Preset and slider values are multiplied together rather than one replacing the other.

Is the exported file processed at full resolution?

Yes. The preview is calculated on a reduced copy so the sliders stay responsive, but the download is always rendered from the original pixels with the same settings applied.

Why not use a CSS filter for the preview?

Because canvas filters and CSS filters are not consistently supported, which produces the worst kind of bug — a preview that looks right and a downloaded file that looks nothing like it. Every adjustment here is calculated per pixel in JavaScript, so the preview and the export are guaranteed to match.
